Kidnappers Caught In Umahia

OMG!!!  This is Happening right now along Owerri road umuahia. Two kidnappers caught, bullied and molested before the armed police men came to their rescue 😧😧😧 VIEWERS DISCRETION ADVISED  But I ask..  are they really guilty of this accusation?
